Crafted from heat-treated alloy steel, ISF barbells offer exceptional durability for both home gyms and professional CrossFit or powerlifting facilities. Our Olympic barbells are available in standard 20kg (44lbs) men's and 15kg (33lbs) women's versions. The 20kg barbell, often referred to as a 45lb bar, features a 28mm diameter and a length of approximately 7 feet. The 15kg barbell, or 35lb bar, is slightly shorter (~6.57 feet) and thinner (25mm), tailored for lighter lifts and different grip preferences.

ISF’s powerlifting barbells are trusted by athletes with 2,000+ lb totals, including the ISF Deadlift Bar and Squat Bar, which handle regular lifts over 700 lbs, and the ISF Power Bar, with many sessions over 400+ lbs.
