DESCRIPTION

The Legend Fitness Modular Push/Pull Sled is designed to be the most versatile and value-packed sled for strength training. Perfect for building stronger linemen and explosive runners, this push pull sled is essential for enhancing leg power and core strength.

With three tiers of pushing handles, users can train in different stances. The top handle is ideal for speed work, while the lower handles focus on developing low-end power. For added versatility, the sled features front eyelets for belt attachment, making it easy to incorporate running, lunging, and upper body exercises using web handles.

Two Olympic-size, chrome-plated weight pegs allow for easy weight adjustments, helping users control the center of balance and prevent plate shifting. Additionally, up to seven sleds can be linked together without tools, making this modular sled perfect for team training and preparing an entire defensive line for game day.

Belt, web handles, and weights must be purchased separately.
