DESCRIPTION

The glutes and the hamstrings are where athletes generate their speed, power, and explosiveness. Unfortunately for most athletes, the quadriceps are far better developed than the hamstrings. This results in a lot of pulled hammies on the field. The Legend Fitness Glute/Ham Developer can be used to develop strength where it really matters. The 3130 features robust construction and incredible value, which is why it’s one of our best selling pieces.

The Legend Fitness Glute/Ham Developer features a diamondplate foot plate. It adjusts quickly for both height and length thanks to quality pop pins and chrome-plates adjustment surfaces. A chrome-plated guide rod also keeps things from binding when adjusting for length. The welded frame provides stability and reduces maintenance. Resistance band pegs are welded on the frame for more versatility. The handles off the front offer easier mounting and dismounting, and have foam grips for added comfort.

The split thigh pad and ankle/foot rollers are made of 32-ounce upholstery over dense foam padding. This means the padding won’t break down, even after heavy usage. And speaking of heavy usage, the wear guards on the front will keep things looking great, even in the event of a dropped weight.

In the event that you want to make your Glute/Ham Developer a little more mobile, a set of wheels and a foam rubber grip handle are available as an extra cost option. This allows you to quickly roll your GHD away, providing a flexible floorspace.
