ISF Jerk Blocks are Pro Grade Heavy Duty 3/4" thick plywood with reinforced internal beams. We can sell in 35" or 47" stacks. Includes 2.25", 6",12",15" in pairs for 35". 47" set includes an extra 12" pair. Note that the 2.25" top piece should always remain on top. No other part of the block is designed to take the the weight of a bar and plates.
Item ships Freight (included) to USA lower 48 only. Shipping to physical address only, no PO boxes. If you have a loading dock or want to pick up from carrier terminal, please contact us and we can check on rate savings (going to a dock yields best freight rates.)
