The easy-to-use console lets users start their workout with the push of a button. No need to fumble around with program setups or learn a new interface. And, for quick resistance or incline adjustments, you can use the toggles on the handlebars without having to stop and make adjustments on the console.

The E5i offers interactive exercise programs, including programs specific for weight loss, heart rate training, healthy living, and sports training. All programs are designed by exercise physiologists to aid in achieving your health and training goals while keeping users motivated.
