The PLLC offers effective and beneficial work for building the hamstring. Diverging chest and hip pad angles allow a full range of motion while decreasing stresses of the lower back. Pop-pin adjustments of the roller provide exercise variations. The heavy-gauge steel construction ensures structural integrity.
