ISF 20LB Pair (40lbs total) of 5/8" link weightlifting chains are a great way to add progressive resistance to your weight training.  Used by Powerlifters around the world, chains offer an experience unlike any of the conventional training methods allow. 

ISF weight chains are zinc plated to offer rust protection and can be purchased with an oversized carabiner and/or 4' 1/4" leader chain. 

While there are many configurations on market for using chain, the best method is in using a leader of some sort in order to hang or hook the chain to.  This allows for maximum use of the progressive nature of chain use.  Should the chain simply be wrapped around the barbell, it would simply become like a heavier barbell, rather than in the sense of adding weight in progressive fashion during a lift.

Each 5/8" chain link w/ carabiner weighs 20 lbs.  They are sold in pairs, so you are receiving two 20lb chains (40lb total.)  Each leader chain w/ carabiner weighs 3.5 lbs, they are sold in pairs, so you are receiving 7 lbs on those.
